Are you saying he was banned from driving, 'cause he was caught coursing ? if so that's frightening.

if you say that the van is your work van they can not take it of you ,there is a law somewere that states an english man carnt have his tools taken from him if there his main sorce of income ..if its true then a good solicitor should be able to do the same with your liscence .its worth looking in to cause at least you cant have your vehicale taken as well as dogs if you get caught

I was caught fishing a private stretch of river one quiet morning,, i was sat just by the car right next to the river when a 4x4 boxed me in,, was a river balif who told me that my car could be taken of me and crushed with the powers of the court if im caught agian,, alough that time he let me go with a warning.

well if they were in the field on permission and not intentionally chasing hares they cant be prosecuted,so if they've been done somethings not right.
