SMART DOG 340 Posted November 5, 2009 Report Share Posted November 5, 2009 On the 30/1/2009 whilst out lamping i was cautioned with section 1 and 8 of the HUNTING ACT 2004 and after ten gruelling month's my trial was yesterday. I had Clive Rees representing me and all i have to say is this man owned that court room ran rings round them and the cps had to submit the case leaving me to get my car back which they confiscated my lamp and batterys so thats another win over this stupid hunting act Quote Link to post Share on other sites
