events co-ordinator 353
Sacs is the only one that an ordinary member gets legal insurance cover in case you are charged with a wildlife crime and the lawers they use are the best in the business Phone 01698885206, you know it makes sense. Foxgun Tom 75
Sacs is the only one that an ordinary member gets legal insurance cover in case you are charged with a wildlife crime and the lawers they use are the best in the businessPhone 01698885206, you know it makes sense. YIS More misleading comment's? "Sacs is the only one that an ordinary member gets legal insurance cover" SACs is not the only organisation that offers fieldsports enthusiasts legal insurance cover!! "the lawers they use are the best in the business" This is a reply on another forum from Whinchester who most definately disagrees on the quality and definition of their lawyers? I Dont want to reply to this thread but i feel i must as my name keeps poping up its only fair that i do so . 1) All the firearms people need is hear say it dont matter wheather its wright or wrong i was lock up for 11 hours on just that house searched guns gone etc. The truth dont even enter into it ,so dont any of you think it dose IT DONT I HAVE NO CRIMINAL CHARGES YET they still revoked,(those who have been privi to the whole evidance can confurm these FACTS) AS FOR SACS what can i say BASC TOLD ME they might fight and fund the revoke SACS TOLD ME THEY WOULD fight and fund it , The decision to go with SACS all be it the WRONG ONE was purley a finacial one as i had not worked for 4 months, Next thing i get is a letter from William G Law saying they had been appointed to reprisent me,I phoned Ian Clark he said yep we filled the forms in they will take it from here. Great i think O BOYS WAS I WRONG the barister was a Rosie Walsh from Queens square Bristol look her up she is still wet behind the ears abserlout rubbish, Any way I LOST THANKS TO HER THAT shot SACS 100% IN THE ****. But to rub even more salt into the wounds it was my CAR INSURANCE THAT PAYED FOR IT NOT SACS AS THEY TOLD ME tHIS IS THE LAST TIME I WILL POST ON THIS SUBJECT MAKE OF IT WHAT THE **** YOU LIKE THE TRUTH SOMETIMES HURTS PS. SACS DID NAFF ALL TO HELP ME SO GOD HELP THE OTHER ONE THERE SURPOSED TO BE HELPING ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- It must be a major concern that it was the lads own car insurers paid for this WHY??? In all my time selling SACS insurance while recruiting for the organisation, I had never heard of William G Law or Rosie Walsh from Queens square Bristol? I'm also of the opinion that SACs had no knowledge of them prior to this case? I'm positive SACs Director (Ian Clark) told me they were recomended and we (SACS) had no previous dealings with them?? One of the major reasons my leaving Sacs is the misleading information that was put out and is still being put out? Members of my own terrier club have voiced their concerns about the legal advice given by the organisation and who actually pay's for it?? some have been so frustrated they've left the organisation and sought insurance cover elsewhere!! mainly the SGA. Tom Ps: Sac's latest new lawyers south of the border eg: "Bulllshit & Conning, Solicitors & Co," comic capers at law and fieldsport feck ups!! our speciality Edited November 4, 2009 by Foxgun Tom
