I was guuted when I heard the news this morning  A guy whose enthusiasm for animals was obvious, i'm sure he got loads of kids interested in wildlife. He will be missed by me, I enjoyed his programmes  And he has left behind a wife and two young children.

R.I.P

Steve

R.I.P Steve :(

He was a great guy, i loved his documentaries, tv will never be the same. Big shock though, i was expecting him to have been half eaten by a croc. I feel for the poor wife and kids.

Just a bit confused here 'cos TV will be exactly the same without him,in fact we will all be sick of the repeats by November.

The blokes dead,he was an Aussie and will have the piss taken out of him down under as much as here

It's a national sport in Australia,so stop being so ferkin morbid, yes he leaves a wife and kids, and a ferkin great zoo but the bloke died doing what he loved...........making a c*nt out of himself and edjucating the rest of us at the same time. :rocker:

I bet the tw*t is laughing now pushing his clouds round, seeing if he can fall off.

I dont want to sound disrespectful but what he did was dangerous,he knew it and so did his missus.

Don't mourn him,i bet he wouldn't want that,if you take the piss,it's still a way to remember somebody by.....isn't it :big_boss:

I think things need to be put into perspective. Its very sad/devastating for family and friends when someone dies but he was someone on the telly playing a part, dont think any of us knew him personally. For all we know in reality he could have been a miserable tight fisted git, wife beater etc etc .... he probs wasnt, but you know what im getting at

Lets face it in about 2 days his name wont even enter our heads again untill the next time we see him on the telly. So why get all upset and fall out with people you communicate with daily over an imaginary friend

MOLL.
