higgins 75
http://www.independent.co.uk/environment/n...ds-1812915.html again Thanks jt750,these stories are like repeated from the pre ban days,i wonder if they just bring them out every so often to focus on hunters,i know at the moment the RSPCA have their own cruelty highlighted lately in the euthanasia department,so maybe this is to divert attention from their own cruelty? Guest jt750
I'm an oldie and i think its probably to take the heat off the rspca ...and also with a change in government due..tories.. who say they will bring back fox hunting i think they might want to highlight the worst of "other" dog work so it won't be considered repealing ...but ALSO lets not forget they have figures to prove their points too or some of the incredible claims ..£1000 for a live badger ..come on get real

WILF 48,496
Just read Mr Owens article, written for him by the various animal rights charities in the push for funding to pay for the Christmas piss up! He must have devoted at least a day to doing his research, which involved a quick phonecall the RSPCA asking them to fax something over and then going to the pub for an early lunch.........all he had to do was put his name at the top. Looked at a lot of Mr Owens other articles and the man is a parasite picking over the bones of other sensational type storys about all that is bad in the UK. Flip side of the coin is that there are a multitude of dicks out there who cant help but get themselves noticed making it a nightmare for lads who like to keep a low profile.........these idiots are a godsend for the various wildlife charities and hack reporters! About Sky News |Contact Sky News |Site Map |Sky News Panel |Feedback |Privacy |Accessibility |Terms & Conditions | UK News Feed -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- On the other hand there was an article on deer stalking in the Indy a few days (Oct 29) ago which was very supportive. Google Independent Newapaper, scroll right down to the bottom of the page, there's a search box for the paper, put in deer stalking. There's probably an easier way but computer literacy is not my strong point. It worked for me just now so wotdafuk Ric Edited November 1, 2009 by RicW
