andyfr1968 772
Hi, folks. Just got home after a good day out on the estate. All was well, or so I thought until I took a closer look at the one rabbit in the bag and noticed it had early signs of Mixy. Is this normal for this time of year? I've never seen it so late in the year at such an early stage. My shoot's near Weatherby, West Yorks. Anyone else in the area seen it? Cheers. Andy. PS. Sorry no pics, I'm a techno f***wit. andyfr1968 772
I guess it may be all the screwed up seasons we've had over the past few years. I'm sure it wasn't like this when I were a lad but Victoria was still on the throne then... Cheers. Quote Link to post

michaelw5753 0
our permission is near tadcaster and we've had the odd one or two in the summer but since going on to our lamping ground about half a mile away we've seen a few with mixi and one all most recovered from it just in the last teo weeks Quote Link to post
kk7966burton 0
We found it over the wkend, dogs pulling em from bushes left right an centre! Horrible. Tried to net a few before we saw em an noticed flies all round entrances. Is this another sign? rotting corpses in burrows? Quote Link to post
peeps_76 17
i am away up in the north of scotland and one of my permissions has had myxi for around 14 or 15 months. it gets more prolific and fades back a bit but i have mixy rabbits in every bag for at least this length of time! i have another permission about 10 miles from the above one and it gets its bad regularly but its not year round there. regards P Quote Link to post
