x38 179 Posted August 22, 2010 Report Share Posted August 22, 2010 my bullgrey that sired the pups that is in my photo is keen and will have a go against anything and the rottie who had the pups has more bottle than him in her tale, if anyone wants any of these pups FOR FREE to see what they are like let me know, i cant garantee they will do anything but the rottie pushes most things out and the bull takes it and shes never far behind, wont gom into detail what they are good at but im sure if your into that you know what im saying The dog in the picture looks brand new (not got work on him) and you say the bitch is gamer ......you do the maths ...big hole and bang..springs to my mind.. get the beers in 1 Posted August 22, 2010 Report Share Posted August 22, 2010 (edited) my brother keeps a very racy type rottie and his ridge/bull/grey got over it by accident and now has 9 2 week old pups out of it, when i found out i said he should drown em but he hasnt got the heart for it. the rottie has been out on the lamp and caught but thats it nothing special, but surely that would be the same for a bull terrier or mastiff but people still put them over lurchers and greys to get a first cross or alaunt which imo are only good for one or two things . but what about a 3/8 5/8 rot grey. sounds like a bad cross but so would a bull/ mastiff/malamute/gsd or any other heavy dog, if the dogs got the right form regardless of breed and the right 'head' and the works put in then why not try these crosses, to many people find it too easy to dismiss and be negative about other peoples opinions and ideas, try and be a bit more positive and optimistic we will learn alot more. but they should be free let it begin mate of mine 7 year ago bred the ridgeback to a greyhound 10 pups in total 2 stayed up here and 1 welsh fella no names got rest the all made excellent dogs killed the lot r/h/f/d/ Edited August 22, 2010 by get the beers in Quote Link to post

The dad will clear a 6 foot fence , hes done it enough times now taking cats, also another accident, the bitch has been out all day behind my horse and kept up, and has a high game drive. im dont claim to be a great hunter i just enjoy seeing the dogs enjoying themselves killing things. so if anyone wants to take a punt let me know Quote Link to post
