Guest big e Posted October 31, 2009 Report Share Posted October 31, 2009 Hi folks was out the other day ferreting with the lurchers ,when i came across some boys with terriers and hounds they were shooting foxes got talking to them and they warned me that some hounds men had shot 6 lurchers over the last few weeks dont no if they were bullsitting or not maybe just to put the frightners up me but cant understand why they would do that how the f**k would they like it if us lurcher men started to shoot theyre hounds,something that i personaly wouldnt do as i have respect for all working dogs and quarry.got me puzzled? Keeper made it clear in no uncertain terms what hed do if he caught me on his ground. . . I said , i am just one man and his dogs , you will never see me day or night unless im on a footpath . . You will have to get up at dawn to see the sun catch the dew on the grass just to see where ive been. Im not the boys in the 4x4s with girders welded to the front driving through fences and angle grinding gates off their hinges . .but if you want them on your ground you just start shooting lurchers and i will get them here every night Quote Link to post
