Sully 3
Hi lads and lass's, before you come down on me let me just say that I am calling the vets tomorrow, I have noticed a lump on the front of her front leg, it's a little bloody, fairly hard to the touch and doesnt bother her, Ive checked for any foreign objects, infection etc and nothing, Ive send my 3 children to bed telling them not to worry, but I must admitt, deep down I am concerned, any advice would be greatly appreciated, please dont lambast me, im a decent fella who loves his dog, thanks in advance Craig, Nottingham. dare 1,103
Although this place can be full of cyber hard men...this section of the forum is very helpful and you only get slagged off whe you dont use common sense or put the dogs needs first.. Dont know what to say without seeing it and im far from an expect. If its just a cut which isnt bothering her id leave it..just keep the area clean.

Sully 3
Hello all, so been to vet today and told that it's some kind of tumour, Lisa nearly fell over, but apparantly, they are kind of common in young dogs, anyways the crooks of it is that Lex, is bookd in to have it removed on Wed, vet also said that, we'll have to pay lab costs, to see if there is any sign of the big "C" so I know for a fact that there will be a sleepness night for me Tuesday, anyone got experience of this in a 5 month old dog, she's been spoilt even more than usual tonight, touch wood for me please ! skycat 6,173
That sounds bad news: hope it can be removed safely. You really haven't had a lot of luck have you: my commiserations. I haven't personally had any experience of lumps like this: just keeping my fingers crossed for a good outcome.

My next door neighbour's three year old whippet / bull bitch had a similar lump removed a year ago and is doing very well. It'll work out mate. ATB.
