why do people rave about the old dogs???????

theres plenty of dog around now and in the last few yrs that or much better, maybe the new breed of minshaw better then the old one??????

maybe tomos pups even joe ox s pups maybe better then any other with minshaw in it??????

but 1 thing is dogs are fitter now then the older stuff better brought on better fed and tested harder, bit like old fighters compared to new same as football players rugby players and athletes better training conditions etc so f**k the old stuff of and look at whats around now and that ginny is doing the gear,

IN ANSWER TO JOE, I do not see what WHIN would be jealous of, I have seen his set up, and his dogs, there doing a very good job for him, yes he likes to beat his own drum but I think we all do, at times, now I congratulate the lads on there large bag, and there dogs, wether they caught all on the, night

I dont know because I was not there, I saw a photo of I think 100, hanging on a gate, that is at least 90 more than the tally that I have had this season, but I have only a 10 month old pup, and I see the graft and effort we have both put in to catch the few that I have caught, if you look around the country, there is more amd more guys writting in and saying the shortage of rabbits, in there areas, and there is a guy who we all know lives down in CORNWALL, has had a few visitors down to his estate, and permission, all had great nights out with good bags, but nothing to touch the old Magical ton,

but I am sure he is planning, this conquest right now, and I am sure we will hear all about it soon, and a final word, think of the commercial side 100 RABS,@ £1. A HEAD BUT THE PUPS OF THOSE TWO TYPE OF ANNIMALS, could be 500 a pup, I think we all have to put our thinking caps on, good luck to the boys with the ton, they got out and done something that we are, not,

i have no plans to EVER breed of TARA  , she has some good points of course , but there are one or two faults , that i dont like . so no breeding plans here,

on the flip side i think GINNY would well be worth a pup. and if i know andy half the litter would be given to mates, maybee sell just a few.

my own litter half were given away  only sold a few to strangers, who now will be mates, good guys

i don't care what you say. 2 hours each way is nothing let me tell you. iv driven 4 1/2 each way for a good nought and i would do more for a night like that. id tell you something i wouldn't put them all on a gate and stand there as if im proving a point. im no big head and got f**k all to prove to anyone. im happy for 5 rabbits as long as im out there and my dog gets good exercise. once you start thinking of getting big bags it become a obsession. id like to see these super duper dogs catch big bags like that where most of us lurcher lads hunt. it don't take a special dog to catch big bags like that if the grounds over run by them just a fit one. infact i got a 26" 1/4 deer gray that is 8 year old that would catch as many as these dogs on that land because he is fit as f**k. anyway im taking nothing away from these lads its a good bag but nothing special and driving that distance is definitely nothing special. respect for being out there tough and please dont get all defencive because i go against the grain

But what would you do with all those rabbits?

good point, most butchers+game dealers [dont] want [dog] rabbits Maybe [zoo's ,birds -prey lads]. Regards the dogs, they still done great to get the ton. And for any lurcher to catch [50] rabbits is brill, but lets not forget where they were caught, there is lot to go at . As ive said before [20] runs up there, is alot easy than [10] runs down here , ive done both fact.

look kid you not been at it long enough to come on here biggin up your animals,

these lads dont do it for fame and glory there pest controllers who live the working lurcher and the time and effort which goes into there dogs is a thankless chore,

there not selling books and dont want to selll you a pup, they present the rabbits like that to keep the sites going strong and to create a good old fashioned debate and a well done pat on the back,

both lads well all 3 could quiet easy say f**k the pictures and the sites and people like you would have f**k all to do in the day but play on play stations and watch porn on computers
