Its all very well banging on about the support celtic or rangers get but when theres only 2 teams in the country worth following it stands to reason really ! Yet the reality is....for all that support,the team playing on the pitch looked like a sunday side against arsenal......... A few weeks ago i was up in inverness and thought id take in a game....i went to elgin city against albion rovers ...f**k me id rather have watched the prince of wales playing over hackney marshes !!!...and albion i believe were top of the league....... We should have to work our way up to it like every other team but like I said earlier sky will want us in for the viewing figures and and when they want us in we will be there. It all comes down to money. I watched the local pub team play just the other week and I watched a better 90 minutes of football than some top scottish games. A minority of the fans are bigoted. not all. Also you will see more violence at most english derby games or even normal games than the scottish games. At least the bigoted violence has history too it not just some casual firm wanting to make a name for them self.
