provarmint 25
I have never really been a believer in spot reduction fat loss. However, some guys who I respect have recommend that I start wrapping my midsction at night with plastic rap and putting on ben gay. I know that this is fairly common. My question is do you guys believe this stuff actually works and, if so, should I continue to do it up until the show? Would it work to bring out cuts in my legs? Thanks in advance. ? Lez325 2
Never had that myself - but I always use fibre wad- which is more Farmer friendly Les Quote Link to post
