Tis TM 8
Can you pay by other means?, i wont /cant use paypal. Do you have a freind with paypal who you could give the cash to and do it for you? That would be by far the easier method, than sending a cheque or postal order that then has to go through different hands before it gets to us
farlap 19
Just an idea like, but surely if you commissioned the photos to appear in a public calendar (which you are now selling for cash), you have every right to publish a preview of those pictures? "Fair Use" under copyright law allows this sort of thing without the express permission of the copyright owner doesn't it? Your stance is surely doubly strong since the pictures are of you ladies! I'd love to see the snapper who decided to sue a customer, for displaying pictures of THEMSELVES which they are trying to sell... I already bought mine, before you all get defensive! Just a suggestion is all. for your interest.....the "snapper" dontated several days and well over £100 squid in travel expenses as a favour.....to help raise the money for these two worthy causes. Lifting images of the "snappers" website with a camera phone would be illegal. I think you will find that "the snapper" (god I hate that term ) is more than happy to provide thumbnails for a previesw....but is currently busy earning a living away from the computer for a few days . Um... Steady on. That was a bit 'snappy' don't you think? As I said I've already bought two to help you raise money for these two worth causes, and was just trying to help you drum up some interest. There was no need to jump on me lol My mrs' cousin is a 'snapper' and he doesn't hate the term at all, sorry you do but there was no need to jump down my throat for trying to help EDIT: And who said anything about taking pics of the originals with a camera phone? I certainly didn't.
