why do people say bunies or easy most dogs will catch the odd rabbit but not many will go over 30 rabbits will they,whin have you caught over 30 with 1 of your dogs single??????

Gotta say that i agree with Whin on this one. Some people on here are quick to judge other folk without even seeing there dogs in the field. Apparantley these folk have the ultimate animal but when asked to prove it they go all quiet. Of course advice is sought on here but can we please give it without the "Holyer than thou" attitude. atb stabba.

d bull i had several years at the rabbits catching 30tiesand forties a nite with an old colie type and abeardie type, best nite was 68 plenty with pup and 48 with beardie type , caut thousands of rabbits all along the scottish borders were there used to be thousands best week19 93 we had 450 with dogs nets and box traps , caut over thirty many a times with one dog , but realy after a dozen or so novelty wears of as i cant sell them full stop , rabbs for me is for training my young dogs and for the old dogs, dogs in there prime mite see the odd rabbit nite, but localy flush to guns roe hare odd fox , i like a days bolting rabbs sport for kings , lamping rabbs to me good fun but no big deal on some land

i rekon straight talking is the way forward BUT we live in a country thatll bang us up and take our dogs if the talk was too straight so riddles is all we can do most of the time.
