robwelsh 354
Is that the std length shroud or carbine? If its the std one there's a fella who sells baffles , if u got room, for the daystate shroud and combined with the mk5 reflex is suppose to be as quiet as the huggett shroud n silencer combo , just a thought and it will shave about 4" off the total length. Nice gun though Quote Link to post

Nice gun though Yeah, I was just debating swapping it for the Airstream MK5 to reduce the length. The thing is, the Weihrauch silencer was quieter when we tested them Quote Link to post
robwelsh 354
But if you swap the std baffles in shroud for custom ones its quieter. Did u test them with pellet in? Because the mk5 is loud as feck with no pellet Quote Link to post

rodbender2011 3
Hi I'm in need of some info from any air gun specialists out there,I am interested in obtaining an air rifle for rabbits and would like to know if I still need a firearms licence even for an air gun bearing in mind i"m living in the republic of Ireland?? And if so maybe you could point me in the right direction of which paper work I need to fill out and what would be your weapon of choice for a beginner. Thanks 1 Quote Link to post
robwelsh 354
I'm no specialist, but I'm sure airguns are classed as a fac in Ireland, you can get the forms at your police station mate. Atb Quote Link to post
