poacherjim 0
im a little bit confused with all the different opinions of the RSPCA. i read earlier on this site of a ferret that had been mis-treated, one of the members said "tell the rspca" which seems ok to me. then another thread was slagging nick griffin of for supporting them i know they are against things like hunting of any sort and any sort of bull cross ect. but without them dont you think there would be a lot more animal cruelty? we cant always have all our own way! animals are being left to starve, beaten, tortured, and trained to fight each other, where would the average man in the street go to report such things if there was no rspca? we need some sort of department to stop all these things or are we just supposed to let it go on ?i would be interested in peoples thoughts on this
Toka 10
i think maybe if they just concentrated on helping injured/sick animals etc then it would all be tikedyboo...but they do seem to have a hidden agenda and most on here will tell tales of times when they have found animals in need only to be told 'what do you expect us to do....we are too far away/busy/shortstaffed' etc. i am sure there are some who try their best but.... hagar 5
RSPCA good idea gone mad bad n totally out of control, a once good well meaning and respected organisation now run by humainiacs lets face it they cause as much cruelty as they stop,
kristian 9
You only have to read the thread on the eagle that died to see what numpties they are! I always looked up to the asspca when i were a lad but now i wouldn't give them the skin of my shit! Watch the video on the eagle thread mate and you'll see what i mean. They want to do good and they believe they are doing good but a lot of good inocent animals have died due to their incompetence!
martync1967 64
the rspca are as bad as the social services havent got a fecking clue
JoeD 24
Like people said they started out with a good idea, then they turned anti hunting, anti everything and then people find out that nearly all donations given to them go to there highly paid officers (which have no actual powers) and hardly any go towards the animals that they are meant to be helping, also they put more animals down than they rehome which is never good for a animal charity. desertdog 149
this is quite interesting, well i dont support their cause in any form now at all, but, when was a child many summers ago, outside the local newspaper shop , was a big money box dog, and if i ever had a spare penny (the old money) in it went, i think they were a differerent organisation then , and im not running to their defence, but now well, there a bunch of no good busy boddies who think they are the law, no one in their right mind supports animal cruelty in any form and in this day and age is there any excuse for it, but there are the mindless eeegits who dont care a fek, i suppose there is a need for someone to police such things, but the rspca have gone beyond the beyond with me, im a hunting man and in my life there is no room for cruelty, if your going to kill it do it quick, or turn veggie and be done, that my thought on it. Or if you keep iit quiet what way to many people cant do on here, you can deal with it yourself as someone that is causing abuse wont call the police up to say someone attacked me for beating my dog up will they and if the worst comes to the worst, deny anything. The one 8,477
I suppose we do need somebody to watch over some folks animals but they seem to forget there just a charity and have no legall power and go a bit crazy

mC HULL 12,507
if the dogs have shelter are kept in clean conditions fed and watered the rspca cant bother you if someone int doin that they deserve am taking off them but as for hunting it isnt animal cruelty in my eyes so they shouldnt be interfering in that
