To be honest lads I think this thread has run its course. Who bred what/where/how and when is in the past - we've got to look forward and keep these Borders working. Mark P and Bernie are 2 sound terriermen, the Borders that they have got have been truly tested and I can ashore you that nothing in there kennel does not work. The youngsters they are bringing on will be tried and tested to the limit, if they do not work they will not be bred from. I'm getting older now, as is Bernie, so hopefully Mark will carry on breeding working Borders. I'm not saying that these men are the only men with decent working Borders and I would like to see and hear from other terriermen with good working Border stock.

 

Keep a strong back for the season and take care of your terriers.

The reason for my interest in Levi Oaks is i just collected a 9 week old border pup today,his great grandparents are Red Stag x Daytime Little Lady and Made of Steel x Highland Tweed. His great great grandparents are Jay of Nantclwyd x Foxwork Adoration also Master Danny x Etherdale Digger also Master Danny x Kenyee Mystic Meg also Todds Special Brew x Cool Dawn on his fathers side.
