Hollie 21
Look up some training tips on how to teach a dog to heel. Don't let your dog go out of the door before you and don't leave for a walk until he is calm, if you walk through that door with a hyped up dog he will not listen to a word you say. steve109 43
choke chain or harness'' failing that try some treats to keep him at heal Quote Link to post
Hollie 21
Choke chains do not TEACH a dog not to pull, you as his master need to teach him how to behave properly and that includes walking by your side. Quote Link to post

whin 463
live and learn i lik control on a dog especaily at nite as its not all plain sailing and you have to melt into the background when you see the bad blue lights lol so dogs need to no when to heel up and follow you , youll get there , look at some of them around you they aint no better just keep simple commands but the same ones al the time Quote Link to post
Catcher 1 639
any advice on bailey pulling so hard on the lead he is choking hes self .he is brillitan but when he is on the lead he pulls so mutch ? Hi mate. You can use a chock chain if you want.Every time the dog start to pull.Give the command heal.Turn 180 and walk the other way.If the dog has been trained to sit make it do so before you start walking again. This cant take a good few days. But then again you dont have a dog pulling for a few weeks atb.
