bull101 35
its always hit and miss when running on stubble fields, but a dog with good strong feet should be ok, your dog is prone to injusry whatever ground it is running on. Quote Link to post

UNFIT 0
No I would not run my dog on that stubble, what for to break, it down, a dog can pick up injuries, very easy on wire, +electric, wire, I think those who run it do not value there dogs, rubbish ,just because others run on stubble ,dont mean they dont value their dogs ,they just dont wrap them in cotton wool like some . Dan Edwards 1,134
I will run anywhere that a critter runs. It dont matter to me. If they can do it so can my dogs. I just keep them fit and hard year round and they learn to run properly on everything they encounter. That doesnt mean they might not break their neck cause they damn sure may. They may tear a leg off for all I know. Every day is a different challenge. Quote Link to post
