agree mate. I suppose there is some genuine dogs for sale but a very small percentage. I would like to see a update of the dogs brought from the sale section if the pups have made the owners standards etc. Or a update on older dogs and are they what they say they are.

been around working dogs all my life and the time you put into a dog breeding it training it getting it [bANNED TEXT] , stock broken jumoping catchiing a large thrre figure some would maybe get it or fourfigure even them when i think how much pleasure game its going to give me well , would find it hard to part with unless a close mate was wanting alone well more like family

cant believe the amoount of dogs get sold at 1o to 18 months just the [bANNED TEXT] time to get them going, im realy thinking why the fech sell a dog when its just ready to work ,some people are genuine but how many, its crazy as the hard part is realy 2 months to 10 months then its upwards and on wards , time you breed it inocs get it fetching jumping working , i would give aretired dog awy to family but not yung dogs in there prime mate

what i think it is you'd get more money for a dog ready to start then a pup, cause a you put it the hard parts already done.

also if your buying a dog and its classed as working ask to see it run. atleast you can back out of the deal rather then lose a couple of hundred ££

the hole part of keeping lurchers and workin animals is to train them to how you want them to be and if lucky enough breed good stock and get good reports fFROM GENUINE HUNTIN GUYS, AN DFIL THE FREEZER THE BUTCHERS SLAB , lurcherds are not about shows daft internet stuff but genuine huntin poachin

i no this sounds cruel i would rather put a dog down that doesnt do it for me than pass on , they get there chances and are bred [bANNED TEXT] so if they dont suit me why pass them on unless avery good home leanne , ,

when i first got bailey i really sturggeld with him with me having 3 kids aswell but now i wouldnt change him for the world and i am so glad i didnt sell him .every moring when i get up i look foward to seeing him when i go down stairs were before i use to dread getting up to go see him sounds harsh i no but now me and bailey are a team and staying that way .

i no what you mean about rather put a dog down than pass it on my dad is exaclty the same would never give a dog away in hes life

most people are breeding pups for money...hungry money people,i've bred a litter and hope they are enough for a couple a mates, and keep us happy,no money passing hands between friends,,no,no,,, what about the terrier i bought off you whin,,?? that did not do what it said on the tin..??

I think some of it boils down to patcience. Some of these young hunters are getting a type of lurcher and then their mates will be saying their no good for so &so you want to get such and such a cross.I know this beddy cross pup i have at the moment would test the patiance of a saint and i feel its not my type of dog but i got the dog and owe it a chance.atb dell
