cocker 2,654
hi, last night i took my pure saluki bitch for a walk, i was about one mile away from my house, when a police van pulled up beside me on a public road, there was two police in the van. they got out and asked me to stop, and asked me where i was going, i said i was taking my dog for a walk, what? at midnight one said, yes thats right i live up the road there and walk my dog along this road regular. where is your battery and lamp and whos with you the asked, i told them i had no battery and lamp and no one else was with me, they told me they someone had reported me for suspition of poaching as they had seen me with a lurcher and it was midnight, i told them i couldnt give a f***k what anyone had said i hadnt done anything wrong, i was told next time i swore i would be arrested , at this point another police car pulled up then a police van then a T5, there was there were 8 coppers here by now, they did a persons check on me, searched me, and took my wallet and a pouch of tobbacco, wheres your mobile phone they asked i dont have one i told them, some of them walked away and had there little dicussion in private, then one came back and said ****** ******* i am arresting you on "suspition of poaching" one copper took my dog and put it in a van then they put me in the other van, and took me to northallerton police station, they left me locked up in the van and went in the nick, they came out half an hour later and took me in the charge room, they took me to the duty custody officer and he asked my name and details etc, which i gave him, he then told me he had spoken to his colleagues, who had arrested me and took me there, and he had told me although i had been arrested on suspition of poaching he was not prepared to take me into custody for that (his colleagues were really pissed off as they wanted to bang me up for the night etc) i signed for my property and he said i could go now, i told him i had no phone or money so he told those who had arrested me that they had to take me back to where they arrested me, they went and got my dog from wherever they had put her, and put us both in the back of a van and took us back to the lane where they picked me up, they stopped the van and told me to go, it was half past 2 in the morning by now, i walked off without speaking to them and made my way home, what the f*** is it coming to?????????
