i understand what you are all saying. We have phoned microsoft as tesco didnt want to know microsoft said pack it all up they sent us postage lables through e-mail they will send UPS to pick it up it should be away for 2-3 weeks but they going to fix it and get it back to us all for free so i think thats quite good of them so we will just see how long it takes but i dont care as long as they can fix the problem.cheerts K-M
