I beleive its nearly all water isn't it?. Raw mince would be better ,with a good high protein meal imo.

My dogs live predominantly on raw rabbit , plus eggs ,and giblets ,a couple of tins of pilchards a week .raw bones ,and greyhound meal to fill up the crevices, [as Phil Drabble said].

The lad is looking for advice not slagging off, but it is crap mate, try complete food but also add, cooked veg carrots, turnip, cabbage etc minced beef or shin beef, pasta and plenty of uncooked marrow bones from your local butcher.

Or boil two or three rabbits until bones soft add meal, veg and pasta, will last a few days and good grub.

Ive been feeding similar to this for 30 years and worked the dogs hard with no ill effect.

You are right ,no need to slate the lad off.

Good diet, allthough I would feed raw, just to add NO ONIONS, they are toxic to dogs ,as are grapes.
