Thanks for looking at my profile,not much on it really talk is cheap and all that,No expert have lots of permission do a lot of hunting,worked with animals since leaving school.Ihave to work! My dogs not has good as yours obviously .would always give advice if i thought it might help, but there again wouldn't be scared to ask for it either,Think i read you would never need to because you know it all.

when it comes to lurchers and lamping then yes i do know more than most ,even if i do blow my own trumpet ,if i did not think i was good at what i do ,i can assure you ,most of the welsh on here would soon let you know ,because i am known for what i do ,because i go out of my way to show others the best way ,in my opinion, to do things right with a dog and lamp .ie ,take them out .

 

Unfit; in previous posts you have said you only keep one dog at a time, and keep them for life !! So suppose you have had dogs for 40 years, (which I doubt), and the average age of the dogs you keep "for life", is 10 year old...... that means you have had four dogs !! Does this make you an expert on Lurchers, or just a bullshitter ???? Please enlighten us !

what is it with people ,if some one seems to know a bit ,they ALLWAYS TRY TO PICK HOLES IN THINGS THEY HAVE WRITTEN,well if you read other post on other threads you will see i have had more than 4 dogs i did stait this ,but i can get by with 1 at a time ,i have had 1 dog killed doing what he liked best ,2 put down with cancer ,one 2years old and one 6 years old ,mother and son ,mother was the 2 year old ,one 4 year old got ran over and killed ,plus 2 that was with me through my teens ,one got a brain tumor and was put down at 8 ,the other was 9 when he got gastroentoritis and died ,plus the one i got now who is 6 ,so as you see i have had 2 dogs at some time together ,but only working the 1 ,because the other dog having a illness ,, LIKE I SAID THEY ARE WITH ME FOR LIFE ,but one thing you would not have seen is the hundred and odd dogs i have got going for others ,plus i am still geting dogs going for others ,it is some thing i like doing ,i dont have the dogs here ,i just take the owners out with me ,i have done this for 30 plus years ,that is what makes me well known and a expert on lamping with lurchers .there are people on this site that are lamping regular with me reading all this crap about me knot knowing sod all ,and biting at the bit to prove people wrong ,but i have asked each and every one not to write any thing ,because i dont have to prove sod all to any one ,you can take what i right as TRUTH or BULLSHIT it does not matter to me ,but i do get fed up of having to explain time and time again on this site the same things to others , but thats life .

 

 

Bullshit ! ............ I doubt you have even owned a working dog !! You may have conned a load of kids into "coursing" their 12 week old pups, but people who have actualy owned and ran dogs will just laugh at you !!

dogs that catch game mate, old fashioned coli types and big strong greyhoundy saluks ,all home bred ,they all are pacy and when fit can do a shift bred them for years to do a job ,bred of some very good stock and kept them going breeding once in a while and reproducing there self ,hard job to keep it going tho
