Hurlock 114
Hello forum. Just wondered if anyone hunts with Hobby's? I have been a major fan of them since I saw one hunting pipestral bats at dusk, there were a sky full of bats, a hobby swooped and they let out a terrible noise and hit the deck. I also saw one hunting swallows / swifts and thought what a fantatstic little hunting machine they were! Thanks Hurlock Quote Link to post
JordKil 0
I doubt that many folk hunt with Hobby's they are pretty small birds and generally eat insects more than anyhting else. Also with the animal protection laws in this day and age you wouldnt get away with hunting swallows and bats. Most people ould suggest a bigger bird like a Harris or Buzzard.
