Introducing adult hobs

One of my hobs recently died, leaving its brother on its own. I want to get another adult hob to replace it but without them killing each other. My current hob is an absolutely fantastic worker and it would be a right kick in the balls if he got killed by a replacement for the one which died. How readily will he accept another hob into its home and what would be the best way to introduce them?

 

Ps. The hob is unaltered.

I've recently added a hob and jill to my other pair and they all get a long fine,play,don't fight over food or anything.

The only thing to do would be try them and see what happens, but it may be a plum removal job in the Spring

Aye get the new one testes removed it would them be second in line after the hormones settled and should be less likely to fight

just let them meet each other on netural ground mate and if al goes well then they should be fine together good luck anyhow
