mantha 2 Posted October 14, 2009 Report Share Posted October 14, 2009 im looking to buy my first lurcher i want it for rabbits and fox,my mate as a collie greyhound merle wich he uses to hunt out on the hill and i was well inpressed and he swears by the cross so thats what im after,and i was looking at the hancocks so i thought id ask on here for anyone with exsperiance of his lines before i commit to buy,any info will be much appreciated thanks lads. CI HIR 13 Posted October 14, 2009 Report Share Posted October 14, 2009 A lad I know has a beardie x greyhound from Hancocks.It`s a really good allround dog.It`s a 1st cross so is a touch slow.I`d go for a 1/4 border collie 3/4 greyhound for an allrounder(taller and faster).Good luck Quote Link to post
