leannelurcher 0 Posted October 14, 2009 Report Share Posted October 14, 2009 [bANNED TEXT] the lady next door has two tea cup yorkies and all they do is bark and bark 24/7 you can even hear them thou the wall .so going out the door today with my 2nd youngest milie and she pulls me up .said leanne can i have a word i said yes .she said will you be buliding a pen soon and a bigger fence i said yeah even thou we have 6ft pannel fence but got blow down last year .i said why do you ask she said becuse i dont want bailey getting bigger and jumping over my garden for my dogs i said well he wont becuse the fence is massive and yeah he probs could when hes biggr but we will be putting barbed wire up when hes pen is built .she said ohhhhh god thank for that i dont want my dogs eaten off yours incse he thinks they are rabbits .i was shocked at first but do you think she has a point if bailey get over the fence when bigger you cant even see tho our fence Quote Link to post

It is your responsibility. It would not be out of the question for a lurcher to scale a 6ft fence. As the owner of terriers, i would be very displeased if some irresponsible arse let their out of control dog jump into my garden and savage my dogs or damage my property. If your neighbour does not address the barking problem, regardless of what breed her dogs are, do it right and contact the council. Quote Link to post
