Does anyody use whippets or small lurchers for rats

I like that doco.A strange bloke but he bred some good rat dogs and looked like a dedicated dog man.

On the farm where my club shoots, my Beddy Whippet mooches around the yard and buildings afterwards, while we drink tea and chat..............he usually comes back with a rat or two, over a couple of hours.

I put it down to his natural agility - he can twist and turn on a sixpence !

Is she fast enough for the rabbits

She looks sharp but in truth if the bunnies have a head start on open ground she gets left behind, but bolted rabbits and in cover she gets her fair share.
