I purchased one off of him and i had a problem with it, but the problem was my fault as when i was setting it i was setting it on concrete and when i pushed the two arms down, they wouldn't go down far enough to set because the little ring thing on it was pushing against the ground. I was on the phone to him for well over ten minutes and we couldn't suss the problem, he offered me a new Fenn trap but i said wait a little while so i can have another look at it, then i sussed the problem (because of the little setting ring on the trap was pushing against the ground.) Johns' customer service was great and he was more then happy to give me a new one. So if you're after a Fenn trap, i would deffinately go to John as they're genuine and he's a genuine man.
