billy_wizz 2
Hi there I've recently bought a second hand mk3 locater and testing it holding it upright the depth light seam to be locating to the top of the locater not the bottom point as i would of expected. Is this usual or are the internal settings slightly off? Quote Link to post

ferretville 69
There easy to use don`t get all these people saying there crap and can`t use them . Trouble is people turn the noise off when its there to help . Put it on search and hold horizontally with the volume on you will soon pick up the ferret. The higher the pips from it the closer your getting once you get to 8ft turn it onto locate and hold vertically again using the pips . The higher they are your on top and if you listen to it the mk3 actually replicates the knocking of the old mk1s . Hope this helps not the most in detail i know but remember use the volume its there for a reason atb FV Quote Link to post
