fizzgigg 0
I dont think swapping litters will make any difference, its nature , you cant alter there basic make up , i dont think its anything to do with the jill being domesticated if you swap over Apart from anything else you will need to hang on to the offsprings for christ knows how long before making any decision on what stays & what goes , moving on unsuitable animals will be hard , but full hybrids it will be almost impossible , who wants stock they cant handle & are basically as much use as a chocolate fireguard i have no intension of gettin rid of them i have plenty of space time and energy to train them i know eventually i wil have a lot but i am not a one man band either i aint just some young kid whose read a thread and thought ooh lets try this i have thought about it and all set up not that its owt to do with you get a life u miserable git i have kept and bred ferrets for 15 years and just fancied a new challenge Quote Link to post

The one 8,478
I think if you have decent hard working ferrets you dont need any gimics like this Quote Link to post
Coneytrappr 30
don't do it mate not worth it in any way. Remember, people developed the ferret from the polecat for a reason- because they are better for ferreting! Quote Link to post
tricky micky 0
"DONT" DO IT,IT TAKES AN AGE TO BREED IT OUT,FERRETS CAN TURN FERAL VERY QUICK WITH OUT POLEY BLOOD.STICK TO FERRETS. Quote Link to post
droid 11
i have kept and bred ferrets for 15 years and just fancied a new challenge So clearly you know better than those who've domesticated ferrets for ferretting for about 3000 years..... Quote Link to post
craigy 1
We had the same idea as yourself but were strongly advised against it by a mate who had went down that road and almost wasted a good line he already had so what we decided to do was to bring in a line out of our area through word of mouth that were proven working lines and we ended up with some cracking ferrets .
