Badger are a protected species in the UK. Ric Remember, the cull in Wales that they are doing/done? I don't know much about it but i think only certain peoplen are allowed to. But you are NOT allowed to trap and release Badgers in England, unless you have lawfull access/reason to do so, plus i think you need a licence. You are not allowed to kill Bagers in England.
