killing quarry

are these the only way you can kill quarry or is there others???

 

rat's & mouse - terrier, gun's, traps

birds - gun, trap

rabbit - ferreting, snare, gun, dogs, trap

hare - gun

fox - gun, trap

badger - unsure about this one

deer - gun

 

 

can anyone point out if any of these are wrong?

Badger are a protected species in the UK. :no:

Remember, the cull in Wales that they are doing/done? I don't know much about it but i think only certain peoplen are allowed to.

No, it's highly illegal except from in Wales and i think you have to be authorised to do so too. But you are NOT allowed to trap and release Badgers in England, unless you have lawfull access/reason to do so, plus i think you need a licence. You are not allowed to kill Bagers in England. PLease someone correct me if i'me wrong, but this is what i've been told.

Ok so we know badger bothering is illegal, but what about tackling deer with bare hands does anyone know for sure or is it one of those grey areas like the capture and re-release of antis. Which from what I'm told, the release of antis into the wild is frowned upon.

can anyone tell us if they've ever taken a deer by the horns so to say.
