Hi i am very interested in ratting at the moment but as i have no actually experience in this. i was wondering if there is anyone on here in my area who i could have a chat with about this also i hopefully will be getting a basenji next year and will want to work it most probably..

 

any information will be of a great help

Thats a corgi with long legs!

 

its not a corgi with long legs lol they have been around many many more years than the corgi also this breed can not bark but can make noise tho....... the africans used to use them to help them hunt leopards....

strong looking dog mate, think he needs something bigger than a rat to bring out the best in him!!!

strong looking dog mate, think he needs something bigger than a rat to bring out the best in him!!!

 

 

lol i know but was think start small..... i also am thinking about seeing if my alaskan klee kai would be any good as she has caught voles and pinned on rabbit but didnt get to kill the rabbit as a husky took it straight away and killed it.....

Not exactly an earth dog or working terrier!!! :no: Certainly wont have come from a working strain either.

I like the look of these but they are show dogs! Even a pug will kill a rat. Show it one and let it enjoy itself.

they are not allowed to be showed in the UK yet..... no she isnt a working terrier lol she is so quick agile and clever.. she even does the shake.... she loves to hunt from rabbits and stuff
