Normally its driving for me,, I drive,, My mate sits in the front lamping plus another mate in the back with the dogs,, Have the boot open for the dogs when in the feilds. ,,Walk often tho when im car less and its local.

 

 

And hes carless often becuase he drives the fields in a 106 :clapper::clapper:

What, on rabbits??? What law you talking about?

Stupid!!! Says the guy who writes 7 words but has to edit them!!! :clapper: I must be boring, I only lamp rabbits, anything else is a f*****g waste. Where I come from, dogs can work daylight too so we keep the cream for the dawn to dusk dogs.... Hope that explains it for you and errr good luck with your gun.

whys it a waste to lamp anything else except rabbits? weird thing to say :blink: you wont see half the number of foxes in the day as what you will at night and other things too, if your doing a job for the famer or using what you catch it isnt a waste in answer to the question i think you will get up closer to more game driving than walking but both are good and some places you cant drive or the farmers dont like it, you cause less damage to a seed field walking it then driving etc

does anyone walk the fields these days when out lamping? I like to walk the fields as i enjoy being out there. Anyone else like to walk the fields or do you all drive them these days?

 

walk out of choice for me, have driven and that can be fun but I think it's more for fat lazy barstewards myself :laugh:
