hi im craig 13 from preston.

been looking into a dog for lamping for ages ive saved up my pocket money and bought a collie x greyhound 10 months old.

really obedient dog got told that collie x would be ideal first dog.

been out with a couple of older lads for past season to make sure i really wanted my own dog.

now i have my own of i go to find things out for myself.

was also wondering that if anyone had a small lamp laying about that they no longer used to get me started.

dont have alot of money as saved up ages to buy the dog and still owe my mum money for that.

just a small lamp to get me started a few lads gave me a battery and holder.

would be really grateful if anyone coulds help just something small like a lightforce 140 to get me going.

my dad will send cash to cover postage please send me a personal message if you could help or if you think of anything that may help me must be alot of old bit of kit outthere for me to make good use of.

Hi mate, got no spare lamp's just spent 105£quid on a feckin battery [lithium] .So the wife not very happy anyway wellcome to the [nut-house] .There is some good-uns on here, and will help you with hunting. Dont know about lamp, but you never know.?? If you have any hunting probs, you can pm if you want. Ray

your right,they are a good x and

alot of good dog men speak highly of them

but its what you do with it that will depend on its outcome,

get to know your dog mate, try and bond with it

get to know your future hunting partner

before you go out on the dark windy nights with the lamp.

thanks for the welcome im sure there are some good lads on here thats why i was told to get on here.

if anyone does have an old lamp i would be grateful been asking round my end.

dont get much pocket money but every little helps got a slip lead, battery and holder. everything i need for the moment apart from a nice little lamp, better get saving, pens all finished so dog is sorted and walking every night. he loves it. really well behaved. the lads that were showing me had two bull x really strong but mine is really well mannered doesnt pull on lead or anything.

if anyone things they maybe able to help me please get in contact youyr old nackered kit will be my starting stuff.
