Halfinch 51
Why do you want an african grey Ian? They are noisy messy, temperamental, shit everywhere, don't always talk, sususceptible to plucking and need fairly constant attention. BUT, I love mine. Because they are also Funny, entertaining and er!!!! noisey, messy, temperamental shit everywhere, don't always talk, susceptible to plucking and need fairley constant attention In all seriousness, they can be a great pet, the congo African Grey is more suseptable to plucking, but there is also a Timneh African Grey (That i have) that has a more even temprement, although not quite as big, and has darker tail feathers. But as someone else said, make sure you get one that is hand reared. Good luck with whatever you get. Edited October 10, 2009 by Halfinch
