SCOTTISH LAW

Could any scottish members tell me if this is true.Apparently we have been told if some one is unlawfully killed in scottland the cause of death cannot be made untill after the trial.Only this law is causing my family a lot of stress at the moment.atb dell

Hi dell.Dont quote me on this.I think an unlawful killing in Scotland.Is decided by a coroners Inquest

Cheers catcher only we havent been told the cause of death on the death certificate and our home town wont cremate him because of this and its a criminal trial that will be dealt with by scottish law.atb dell

Cheers catcher only we havent been told the cause of death on the death certificate and our home town wont cremate him because of this and its a criminal trial that will be dealt with by scottish law.atb dell
