AA S410 TDR POWER PROBLEMS

hi guys, i have just bought a s410 tdr, and waiting for it to come home, i have only heard good things about this, until today after i sent the money.

 

ive been reading about these being seriously under powered? is this true?

 

any help guys?

The general theme is that some of the Air Arms guns are sent out slightly under the 11ftlb mark to avoid it going over after it has been run in but if its a new one im sure you can send it straight to AA and they can up the power to what you want with what pellets you want.

If it is true It can be easily sorted by a gun smith. Just out of interest what calibre did you get? atb bedrock

it should be fine, i was under the impression that these would be no use for bunny bopping and pigeons.

 

are these rifles reccomended?

bedrock- i got .177. which might be a bad move as i have used .22 all my life, but recently sold my other rifle because i have got into my shotgun lately. hope i get on ok with .177.

I think .177 is a good choice with the TDR because it has a slightly longer air cylinder and a higher shot count. Let us know how you get on whit it, I’ve always fancied owning a TDR. atb bedrock
