Downunder_Sthn_Ferreter 16
Here's a sample of the Whiting we get in great numbers from now onwards down here in Sthn Australia in the state of Victoria. We fish both Port Phillip Bay & Western Port for these excellent fish. King George Whiting is the species & they rate very very highly on most anglers diarys each season. Typical catch in the summer months. Freshly shucked Mussels are the prime bait for these 40cm plus specimens. Great on light tackle. Cheers, Shaun Quote Link to post
Malt 379
Great catch there DSF. My 8 year old cousin had his first codling off Pembroke Dock in the Milford haven waterway a few days back. His big bro was gutted! Quote Link to post
3jackwhite3 2
down my way there is Whiting and cod being caught, the best fishing is redwick at the moment. Quote Link to post
