I use shavings in the winer mate, easy to clean up, lasts a while and keeps the coats clean too.

 

Used to use straw but found it made em itchy !!

I use shreaded J CLOTHS, and shreaded paper if i run out. I find straw attacts mites and fleas.

nelson, how do u stop them dragging the bedding out and chewing it to shreads? Mine rip there bedding up with in half an hour of it being in there :11: even tho i take them out twice a day

The two outside kenneled, sleep in wooden boxes, straw in the winter.

two inside the house, everywhere! at night in my FORBIDDEN chair

In the morning when everyone wake up and come down, they stay in the chair. when they recognize my footstep on the stairs, they jump out quickly and hide under my wife's chair!

bought a shredder from 'robert dyas'... only £20. shred all old paper.. cheap and works.

Shreded paper i'm lucky to live near a grayhound surplier he sells bails of WAXED paper compleatly dust free , 10quid a bail lasts all winter..its good stuff
