All i will say in regards to this is I would not buy a dog from him, better to stick with guys that do breed from working stock, support those of a like mind

australian staghounds are purpose bred dogs, bred from workers to be workers, they dont f**k about with untested dogs, or breed something becasue its popular and they can make a quck buck and IMO thats what it should be

In reply to this lads original post, yes lad, there are better bred dogs out there, but your pups only 10 month so work with him, learn from each other and judge yourself before you judge the dog.

Most important, have fun!

Good luck with your pup

a question arose druing a discussion with a mate of mine. i too said i would not buy a dog from hancock now as he does not hunt them anymore my mate said thats not important as if you are after a first cross then the parents are graded as working collie and a greyhound with a race card which shows if it was a good tracker or coursing dog. the only thing not tested for is the fire in the greyhound for foxes. but i have come to understand that the speciality of hancocks is rabbits day and night. justa thought. changed my view when my mate made this point.
