Guest JOEB
At 10 months old mate, the only thing you have to worry about is are YOU any good as an owner? Good luck with your dog. JOEB Quote Link to post

hairyface 211
:11: :11: :11: I dont like them, the parents arent working dogs and they are bred by a puppy peddler in stinking old sheds. If thats how you lads want to spend your money then more fool you. got to agree with locke, (at the end of the day you only get out of the dog what you put in,and like anything else theres good and bad in all breeds), but surely a dog has a better chance of working if its been bred from good working stock on both sides by a genuine dogman that rears them in good clean conditions, thats just my opinion, dont know hancock personaly and never had a dog of him so im not slating the man. hope the dog does good for you mate Quote Link to post
Guest JOEB
I agree with Locke that the state of Handcocks kennels are shocking and that the bloke is a puppy peddler.............BUT, i am reading this lads post as its his 1st dog/or hes a tyro and didnt want to disallusion him. By saying something as simple as They are crap ect ect, if the dog isnt a world beater in 5 minutes, the chances are that a tyro lucher owner may blame the dog, instead of looking at his own methods. Hey presto, another victim for the dogs home! Think about it! JOEB Quote Link to post
Guest Duzabit
i use to hunt with a lad who worked a hancock lurcher, it was good dog. All the best with it Duz :11: Quote Link to post
Simoman 110
read this then starting typing properly txt talking Good luck with your pup, put the time in hopefully things will be ok although in my opinion you will always have a greater chance of success when buying a pup form proven/tested parents. But please stop the text talk, if you can't be arsed to type properly why should we be arsed to read your threads and reply. Quote Link to post
dickyboy 1
put the work in and any dog will make you proud......mines no world beater but he tries his hardest and catches some but he's a f**king good mate.............it may not be the best dog you ever own but you'll learn alot and have alot of fun cos thats what the dogs are about............don't worry what he can and can't do just have fun.............you never know he may turn out to be the best dog you ever owned but you won't know that till you have owned your last Good Luck with him keep us all updated Quote Link to post
