I just wanted to know where you get the article 10's from.

I have a male barn owl and was looking to get a female to breed.

I can get the rings but do not know where to get the A10's.

Any help

You'll have to Download a aplication form this link <DEFRA ANIMAL HEALTH> and fill in the aplication to get sent off for the bird, just fill in the ring number of the bird you breed and date Hatched and your other details you're away....

obviously i want the A10's for the chicks.
