Hannah4181 260
Try giving him breast of lamb, and more smaller meals as apposed to 1 large feed. Mix some natural yogurt into his feed which will help the absorbtion process in his stomach. Puppy food is also very high in calories and can be used to add weight in bad cases. Also canned tuna fish in oil, mixed in with canned, creamed rice pudding is excellent for adding bulk. Once you have some weight on the dog, you can concentrate on getting him fit and increasing his muscle tone, there is no point attempting to do this until the dog is at a healthier weight. Good luck with it. Quote Link to post
