going out from swansea tommorrow

Like it says above im going to be heading out of swansea tommorrow for some bass and pollack and i was wondering if there is anything i should know about bass fishing as i have never been before, we will be using live sandeels. i will tell you how i got on when i get home tommorrow if i get anything at all its a bit late in the year i think.

Mate, you should go on the piss with my bro, he'll eat anything for a bet! :D When we was on holiday in the Canaries a few years back, he bit the head off a huge fecking hawk moth and ate it, ate a cockroach and drank a bottle of Tabasco sauce, all though the duration of one piss up! :laugh:

 

 

PS. Any cod being caught there yet, or is is way too early? :hmm:

We're going off Looe tomoz, similar conditions, hoping for pollack, whiting and anything else!

good luck and looe bays a beautifull place your lucky to live near there, ive stayed there a few times and caught hundreds of crabs out of the estury.

How'd you get on Raiderboy?

We had good weather and about 150 fish, mostly mackeral and pouting but lots of other bits, pics later. Cheers, D.

 

we had 13 bass running from 3 lbs to 5 lbs and about 25 to 30 dab, dogfish, gunard and pollack and beatifull waether and the sea was like a sheet of glass
