hard ground

I went out yesterday and set a couple of snares,i would have set more but the ground here is just to hard to get a peg in,over the last two nights four foxs have been shot in this field,so i might just get to keep something that i catch for a change.i was going ferreting on monday but i think i will give it best ,till we have had a drop of rain as the ground a round here is like concrete

We haven't had a drop of rain since the start of August down here. Well done on the catch Micky, a lot of people struggle to catch in the longer stuff.

I should not take the p1ss to be honest i set a few wires this afternoon,so it might happen to me .It was blowing a right gale when i was setting them ideal snaring night,now the winds dropped altogether typical
