hotdog 8
we would like to let you folks know that today i had to make one of the hardest decisions i have ever had to make and that was to have my lurcher sasha put to sleep, if you know of me and sahsa from the site you will know that as a four month old pup sasha tore her growth plate in her knee while playing in the garden but after much care, rest and tooing and frowing from the vets we got the ok to start her training as a working dog and since then things couldnt have been better, she was everything and more that i could have asked or ever wanted, but two days ago while just playing in the fields she went laim and has been in a great deal of pain, after another xray and much descusion with my vets i was told she will never be able to work again and would only be able to be lead walked with pain relief and as you can emagine i was absolutley gutted as were the whole of my family as she was a much loved pet to. this second injury was to leave her laim for the rest of her life and to see her in pain i could not bear so to my companion of two years and my working partner i say good bye my girl and rest in peace.
