cadno coch 1
Anyone ever shot over the mawddach estuary in north wales, its now run by the mawddach and district wildfowlers and conservation association, for more info log on to basc and click on to wildfowling clubs, all the info is there regarding the club, and how to join,i've shot over it for many years, there is the ever increasing population of canada geese on there, mallard, teal, widgeon, but what a fantastic setting to be shooting in,it really is a beautiful estuary, with all the surrounding hills and mountains in the background, well worth a look if your in that particular area. teifisalmon 0
I have often visited this part of Wales, and i have to say it is set in spectacular surroundings. I think that the Canada goose population is expanding rapidly in most parts of Wales, and no doubt will turn out to be a pest for the farmers but a blessing for local shooters. Is there a day ticket scheme to be had for wildfowling on the Mawddach?

Im not quite sure if they do a day ticket or not,but however on becoming a member you automatically get 12 months cover from basc,i think off the top of my head its around £65.00 for the season because of the cover with basc,if you do require any more info on the club, log on to basc web site and click on wildfowling in wales, the club details should be on there with ref to helpful contact no etc.Hopefully they will do a day ticket for you good luck
