The Germans make brill beer. Spent 6 years over there. Their sense of humour is about 30 years behind ours. They think Benny Hill is a genius

 

But there beer is first class.

colt 45 used to be popular but thunderbirds was the drink for me in the early 90's, now i can only drink vodka or bacardi

All of them other than Stella. The worst one though is when you pick someones dirty feckin cider up by accident thinking your swigging stella :sick: Drinking double vodka red bulls all night is enlightening but not as much as the next day when you have to apologise to everyone and get told what you did :whistle:

Red bull gets me like viagra too, you know what they say, you can go to sleep with the lights on but you can't go to sleep with a ......

Skol tastes fecking awful :sick: If I have to drink lager I usually have wife beater(stella)

Drink guinness and red wine mostly now.Used to drink thunderbird and 20/20 but we used to call it mad dog

Whats worth noting is that sometimes even cheaper lager tastes OK. The tescoes home brand Dutch Lager (the one up from the blue n red band) is actually quite tidy when served chilled!

Anyway Skol not really my favourite pint, can't stomcah special brew, but rather partial to Buckleys Brains IPA

has anyone else noticed how your taste's change as you get older,

 

as a teenager cider , (cheap and strong)

 

then late teens & early 20's lager, (cheapish and strong)

 

mid 20's discovered bitter, (tasty and strong)

 

now i am 30 real ale's , red wine and malt whisky :11:

My uncle used to bring stuff back from belgium called Black Death it was 12%alc and feckin taste like paint stripper. :sick:

you want to try pussers (spelling *) mik thats a nice rum not as strong as that bacardi but a nice tipple , or woods 100 thats nice as well .
